Gallup Panel study, and greater than two-thirds of workers that concur that their supervisor focuses on their toughness are engaged. The truth that 14% of European employees are engaged suggests that many European supervisors battle to do either. Companies that buck this pattern view involvement as a strategic priority. They identify that the manager-employee relationship is the most crucial driver of interaction and natural development, and they approach the job of increasing engagement with the same roughness, self-control, and commitment that they approach other organization problems.

Fortunately is that most of Europeans are disengaged yet not discontented. They are remaining on the sidelines, waiting to be influenced. They are winnable, and firms can fix this gap by far better equipping their managers with the discovering and growth they need to be better individuals managers.
